This refund policy applies to all orders placed on this website and shipped within India. It works together with our Return policy.
When you’re eligible for a refund
- You returned an eligible item within the 7-day return window, in new and unused condition.
- Your order arrived damaged, leaking, incorrect, or not matching its Certificate of Analysis.
- You cancelled an order before it was dispatched.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we approve the refund and process it within 3 days to your original payment method – UPI, card, or net banking via our payment gateway, or by NEFT/bank transfer for offline payments. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account.
Refund amount
- Returns are free – a prepaid label is included in the package – and there is no restocking fee, so you receive the full product value back.
- For a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we refund the product value and any shipping you paid.
- GST is adjusted as per the credit note issued against your original tax invoice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Email info@lubechemchemicals.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process instead.
What is not refundable
- Items returned after the 7-day window, or that have been opened or used (for safety and regulatory reasons, opened chemical containers cannot be resold).
- Made-to-order, custom-blended, or special-import items – unless they arrive defective.
