This return policy applies to all orders placed on this website and ships to addresses in India.
We want you to buy with confidence. You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery – for both defective and non-defective products. Returns are free, and there is no restocking fee.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The delivery date is the date recorded by our courier.
What can be returned
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (including change-of-mind returns).
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition – sealed and unopened, with the original invoice, packaging, and batch label intact.
For everyone’s safety, do not open a sealed chemical container if you intend to return it, and note the batch number before sending it back. Tell us at the time of return if a product arrived damaged, so we can arrange the correct handling.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Within the 7-day window you can swap an item for a different pack size, grade, or product. If there is a price difference we will refund or invoice it. Exchanges are processed at no extra cost to you.
How to return an item
Returns are made by mail: a prepaid return label is included in your package, so you simply repack the item and hand it to the courier.

Return shipping & fees
- Return method: by mail, using the prepaid label included in the package.
- Return label: included in the package – returns are free.
- Restocking fee: none. Returns are at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 days to your original payment method (or by bank transfer for offline payments). Your bank may take a little longer to post the credit. GST is adjusted as per the credit note on the original tax invoice.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or not matching its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the batch number, and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund – including shipping – at no cost to you. Do not use a visibly damaged container.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
