1. Who may buy
Our products are industrial and laboratory chemicals intended for lawful commercial, research, and industrial use by buyers aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm you are legally permitted to purchase and handle the products in your jurisdiction and will use them safely and lawfully.
2. Products, pricing & GST
We list product specifications, grades, and pack sizes in good faith. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated; the applicable GST is shown at checkout and on your tax invoice with the correct HSN code. We may correct pricing or specification errors before dispatch.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel an order – for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or cannot be shipped safely to your location – and will refund any amount paid.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Title to goods passes to you on full payment and delivery.
5. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. Hazardous materials are shipped under PESO-licensed surface logistics; some products may be restricted to certain pin codes or transport modes. See our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return policy and Refund policy.
7. Safe handling – your responsibility
Chemicals can be hazardous. You are responsible for reading the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), using appropriate personal protective equipment, and storing, handling, and disposing of products in accordance with the SDS and applicable law. See our Chemical safety guidance.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site – text, images, product data, and logos – is owned by or licensed to Lubechem Chemicals and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for misuse of products or for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
