Dissolve citric acid in warm demineralised water. Soak scale-affected parts, rinse thoroughly, and neutralise rinse water per site procedures. Wear goggles and gloves; see SDS.
Steps
- Dissolve 50 g citric acid in ~800 ml warm water.
- Top up to 1 L and mix.
- Soak parts 15–60 minutes; scrub if needed; rinse well.
