Mix equal parts borax and washing soda (sodium carbonate) as a dry cleaner base. Dissolve a scoop in warm water for mopping or soak tanks. Avoid aluminium and acid-sensitive surfaces; wear gloves for prolonged contact.
Steps
- Blend 250 g borax with 250 g sodium carbonate until uniform.
- Store dry in a labelled sealed tub.
- Use 1–2 tbsp per litre of warm water for cleaning; rinse if residue remains.
