Stearic acid + TEA forms an anionic soap emulsifier in situ. Heat phases carefully; cool with mixing. Preserve and fragrance after cool-down.
Steps
- Melt stearic acid (oil phase) to ~70 °C.
- Heat water + glycerine + TEA to the same temperature.
- Add water phase to oil phase with stirring to form the cream.
- Cool while mixing; add preservative/actives below ~40 °C.
