Steps
- Pre-wet zinc oxide into a portion of the oil phase with high-shear mixing.
- Build the emulsion per your emulsifier protocol (cetyl alcohol as co-emulsifier/thickener if used).
- Cool, add water-phase humectants, preserve, and evaluate sensory – then send for SPF testing before any claim.
